The Challenge
The Challenge
"Most hotel restaurants treat music as background. At this level, that's not an option. An ultra-luxury property with multiple chef-led dining concepts - each with its own gastronomic identity, its own service arc, its own guest - needed music that worked as hard as the food did. Not the same playlist turned up or down. A distinct sonic brief for every concept, all unified under a single overarching identity.
The risk in getting this wrong isn't just aesthetic. At Michelin calibre, every sensory element is load-bearing.
We started with the gastronomic story of each outlet rather than the genre. A grill running from breakfast through convivial dinner service needs a completely different arc to a lounge designed to be felt as much as heard. A European patisserie and a Balearic-inflected mercato share a floor but not a mood. Each got its own brief, its own daypart logic, its own set of reference points.
The through-line across all of it: jazz and soul as a structural foundation, with contemporary and electronic elements woven through to give it a modern edge without ever sounding commercial. Emerging artists prioritised. Anything dated or mainstream disqualified."

The Sound
Every concept is distinct. All answer to the same standard: effortlessly stylish, forward-facing, never overpowering. The music moves with the service - from morning ease to evening presence - across every outlet, every meal period, every shift in energy.
